We had our dolly delivered and we where ensured that the 4 flat connection would convert to our 6 round on our rv. I now know that this was a lie, after buying two converters and paying and mechanic and an electrician. There is no way to control the brake control we bought attached to the dolly with a 4 flat coming out of it. My husband called Gary the owner 11/21 to ask him what we needed yo do to get on the road and he was told he was busy with a customer and would call my husband back. No call back. This morning i called Gary and immediatly after informing him who I was he started yelling at me and telling me "I've done this for 20 years there is nothing wrong with the dolly your incompetent and don't know what your doing..." I than tried to explain to him everything we had done and bought trying to get it to work. I again told him we would pay him to come out here to get it hooked up and working. He continued yelling and I dissconected the call. My husband overheard him and the way he was talking to me and called him back immediatly! He than was also verbal abused by Gary. I started recorded the conversation about half way through and can send a copy. I have Never encountered such an abrasive human in customer service and am worried for his future possible clients. We needed the conversation with Gary yelling "text me your address and I'll send someone out there to prove it works before we take it back" which left us with what option? My husband sent the address and I will record the interaction but I know that we where sold a faulty product and verbally abused when we simply asked how to get said product to do what we where promised it could do! My husband has a job waiting for him in Florida and now we are down $1900 and waiting on someone to come out here "to prove it works and take it, possibly today". We have never encountered such disrespect and from the owner no less.

Did a lot of research and decided on this one, and I am very satisfied. Meets all of my needs. Can't beat American made, they do a great job. I pull a VW Beetle without any problem. My only problem was moving the dolly, so I bought a small trailer dolly, problem solved. Gary delivered everything as stated. He delivered, spent time with us going over everything on the dolly. We used it on a short 400 mile trip around Washington state and it pulled just fine. Get one, you can't go wrong, and it dosen't say "Made in China" anywhere on the dolly. Thanks Gary.
